Welcome! I’m Courtney Ayse, Chief Fire Starter and Founder of elevateGO ADVANCE, LLC, a company that is affectionately referred to as eGO Advance for short, and eGO for shorter. eGO is committed to helping individuals and organizations access and refine their desired outcomes. The things that move you, should MOVE!

My passion and commitment to helping others access their best selves comes from many places:

1. My love for projects, tasks and continuous improvement;
2. My interest in the underdog, unusual and atypical;
3. The ability to quickly synthesize macro and micro variables and consider long-term implications; and
4. The belief and inspiration that everyone wants to do, more.

Professionally, I refine the pursuit of goals and create a customized strategy that turns them from interests to action. Whether or not the goal has been articulated, I assess activities to determine and prioritize needs. In partnership with clients, next steps are identified and along with highlight potential gaps in solutions.

I believe that we should all do more, but sometimes, it’s hard to get off the couch. Let me help you up!
